Our obedience classes are run under the Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme; there are four levels.

Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme

 

These classes are open to all breeds and all ages of dogs, and they must be microchipped and have had their full course of puppy inoculation's. For the Puppy class, dogs must be under 12 months of age. All other dogs will start at the Bronze level.

 

The times for our obedience training are as follows:

• Puppy Foundation / Bronze - 7pm to 8pm

• Ring Craft - 8pm to 9pm

• Silver/Gold - 9pm to 10pm

 

At the end of each course, each dog is assessed to see if he/she has reached the required standard as set out by the Kennel Club, and are ready for the next level. For Puppy, a minimum training of 4 weeks must have been made, and for other classes this is 6 weeks.
